SA Water Master Planning
Planning and improving organisational processes are the keys to delivery of effective project management programs. The Phoenix team has been involved in the delivery of a number of key ‘soft’ projects for Clients, one example of which is the SA Water Master Planning program, a $5.8m project over 5 years to carry out a comprehensive planning study of all SA Water infrastructure in South Australia. The resultant Master Plans are an integral part of SA Water’s Asset Management Plan and provide a guide to infrastructure requirements in water supply and wastewater to the year 2025.

Civil And Construction Contract Management
The Phoenix Project Management team also has extensive contract management experience in civil and construction projects varying from subdivisional works to major infrastructure projects. Works varied from coordination of the team players (Client, design and construction teams) to superintendent representation and contract management.
